We will contact all of your vendors 60 days in advance to discuss the timeline of the wedding and ensure any last-minute needs are met. We will handle any hiccups that you may come across on your special day, and most importantly we will ensure that you get to enjoy the wedding of your dreams stress-free!

  • Meet with bride and groom 90 days prior to the wedding to discuss preferences and details for the wedding

  • Set up a detailed schedule for your rehearsal, wedding, and reception

  • Design layout of rooms (ceremony, reception, etc.)

  • Emergency bridal kit

This package takes the stress of wedding planning and allows you to sit back and see your wedding dreams come to fruition! We will begin your wedding planning journey by establishing your wedding aesthetic/vision. We will help you find the venue that is right for you. With all this in mind, we will help you curate a list of vendors that will make your big day come to life. We would facilitate vendor interactions and appointment scheduling for you. This is a once-in-a-lifetime moment worth celebrating and making it the most memorable night of your life!

  • Budget tracking — ensure that you are staying on budget, figure out where you can cut costs, and ensure you have an accurate estimate for each vendor

  • Monthly check in meetings — this will allow you to ask us any questions you may have during your planning process, as well as making sure you are on track with planning

  • Hotel Blocks — assist with getting quotes and blocking rooms for out of town guests, we will also create a list of restaurants and activities that guests can do around the area

  • Rehearsal Dinner — Plan rehearsal dinner for you and your guests, so that you can enjoy your entire wedding weekend
